Participated in the preparation of a proposal for a high rise condominium consisting of micro-units. The building was conceived as a modular structure consisting of prefabricated dwelling units. Prepared studies on the sizing, framing, transportation, and erection of the dwelling units. Also developed lateral-load-resisting-system solutions compatible with the modular/prefabricated program of the structure.
